FRESHTIQ Innovations OPC Private Limited is a technology-driven company with two divisions: FRESHTIQ Travels (Hajj, Umrah, flights, hotels, visas) and FRESHTIQ Automation (custom software, workflow automation and AI solutions).

Is FRESHTIQ a travel agency or a technology company?

Both. Travel is served by FRESHTIQ Travels; software and AI by FRESHTIQ Automation — under one registered company.

Where are you located?

Laies Market, Mohammadpur, Azamgarh–Varanasi Road, 276205, Uttar Pradesh, India. Open Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–7:30 PM.

Do you work with individuals or only businesses?

Both. Pilgrims and families book travel with us; businesses hire us for software and automation.

How can I get a quote?

Use the contact form, WhatsApp or call us. Travel quotes usually come within the hour; software quotes within 2 working days.

Is my data and payment information secure?

Yes. API keys and bookings are stored server-side, payments go through UPI/bank/approved gateways and we never share your documents.

What travel services do you offer?

Hajj & Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, train information, airport transfers and travel essentials — all on the FRESHTIQ Travels site.

Can I book flights online?

Yes — search live fares, filter, choose seats and book on FRESHTIQ Travels. Our team issues the ticket after payment.

Which cities do you depart from?

Lucknow, Varanasi, Delhi and Mumbai most often; we can book from any Indian airport.

Do you help with Umrah visas?

Yes, including Nusuk registration, insurance and document checks.

Automation

What can you automate?

Bookings, invoicing, reports, WhatsApp follow-ups, data entry, school/clinic/shop operations and more.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes — web and mobile applications, usually PHP/Laravel or Node backends with modern frontends.

Can I request a custom AI solution?

Yes. Chatbots, document processing, recommendation tools and dashboards are common requests.

Bookings & payments

How do I pay?

UPI, bank transfer, card or cash at our office. Travel bookings need an advance; software projects are milestone-based.

What is your cancellation policy?

Visa and airline charges once issued are non-refundable; other amounts are refunded minus a small processing fee. Full terms are shared before booking.

Do you issue GST invoices?

Yes, FRESHTIQ Innovations OPC Private Limited issues GST invoices on request.

Do you offer corporate travel?

Yes — flexible tickets, GST invoices and 24/7 rebooking support for teams.

Do you work with partners or resellers?
